Hello everyone,

I got accepted at IPB but the embassy in my country troubles me a lot.
They want me to have a numero fiscal in order to get my study visa.

Has anyone here had the same problem?

How can I get the numero fiscal without being in the country? (I cant get there, since I am non EU and have no visa!)
