南方共同市场（MercosurorMercosul，西班牙语：MercadoComúndelSur、葡萄牙语：MercadoComumdoSul；下简称共同市场）是巴西、阿根廷、乌拉圭、委内瑞拉和巴拉圭等南美洲国家的区域贸易协定（RegionalTradeAgreement，RTA），1991年巴西、阿根廷、乌拉圭及巴拉圭四国签订《亚松森协定》，并于1994年增修《黑金市议定书》，确立共同市场组织架构。成立宗旨为促进自由贸易及资本、劳动、商品的自由流畅。　　共同市场源于1985年，阿根廷总统劳尔阿尔冯辛及巴西总统荷西萨尔尼签署的两国整合、合作及发展协定（PrografabricatedIntegraciónyCooperaciónEconómicaArgentina-Brasil）　　玻利维亚、智利、哥伦比亚、厄瓜多尔及秘鲁等国近日获得准会员资历，委内瑞拉于2006年6月17日签署会员协议书，并于隔月成为会员国。该组织有整合中南美洲的使命。欧洲共同体简介　　两岸产业共同市场欧洲共同体旧称欧洲经济共同体，别号共同市场。欧洲国家为促进欧洲经济联合而建立的经济组织。欧洲经济共同体是在第二次世界大战后建立的；其宗旨是促进法国和德国之间的长久和解，发展各成员国的经济，使之构成一个大的共同市场,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]，试图建立西欧国家的政治联盟，弛缓它们彼此间动员战斗的胆怯心理。自50年代起欧洲共同体所奉行的自由贸易政策在促进西欧贸易和经济繁华方面取得很大的胜利。　　欧洲经济共同体是依据一则《罗马条约》于1957年正式建立的，其宗旨是促进：　　①取消各成员国之间的贸易壁垒；　　②建立一个单一的对非成员国的贸易政策；　　③最终协调成员国之间的运输体系、农业政策和个别经济政策；　　④取消私家和政府所采取的限度自由竞争的措施；　　⑤保障成员国之间劳能源、资本和工商企业家的流动性。共同体最初的成员国有法国、比利时、卢森堡、荷兰、意大利和西德。英国（结合王国）、丹麦和爱尔兰于1973年加入，希腊于1981年加入，葡萄牙和西班牙于1986年参加。以前的东德作为统一的德国的一部分于1990年被接收加入。1995年奥天时、芬兰和瑞典加入了欧洲联盟，于是也加入了欧洲共同体。主要内容　　1955年在西西里岛墨西拿会议上曾探讨过建立西欧共同市场的规划，最后于1957年3月签订条约，1958年1月1月欧洲经济共同体开端运作。欧洲经济共同体有4个主要的机构：委员会、部长理事会、法院和欧洲议会；后2个机构还要处置欧洲共同体其他2个分支部分――欧洲煤钢共同体和欧洲原子能共同体――的有关事务。　　从一开始，欧洲经济共同体的重要目的之一就是要打消成员国对其他成员国出口所征收的关税和所实行的定额。因此，1959年1月欧洲经济共同体便实行首次降低内部关税；这一举动证实在促进成员国之间的贸易方面出色有功效，以至到1968年7月所有共同体内部关税毕已取消。在1958～1968年期间，欧洲经济共同体成员国间的贸易额增至4倍。同时，欧洲经济共同本已采取共同的外部关税，其所有成员国从非成员国入口货物时征收统一的关税。
